Frampton Cotterell - St. Peter’s Church

This memorial was erected by public subscription in 1922. It is in the form of a 14ft high Celtic cross of Portland stone. The plinth is inscribed with the names of 21 servicemen killed during the Fist World War and two servicemen who died during World War Two. In 2005 the parish council refurbished this memorial and inserted a new panel of Portland stone with names of the First World War fallen inscribed afresh.
