This is Jayne, she’s normally a receptionist for Southern Brooks, one of the council\u2019s key partners, providing important support services in the community. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic she’s been answering the phone seven days for Southern Brooks to make sure phone calls from vulnerable residents are put through to the right people.<\/p>\n

She’s also been involved in supporting their community work, from getting food parcels out to those who need them to creating art packs for young people.<\/p>\n
