In addition, local artist Emily Ketteringham has been commissioned to produce bespoke arts and craft resources for the libraries to use to celebrate the Jubilee.

Councillor Rachael Hunt, cabinet member responsible for libraries, said: “The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee presents a superb opportunity for communities to come together to celebrate this remarkable milestone in her historic reign.

“In addition to the many street parties and celebration events taking place across South Gloucestershire, you can also visit your local library during the half term school holidays where there will be Jubilee themed activities for the whole family.
