Reginald was born in 1896 (4th Quarter) Mangotsfield. On the 1911 Census, Reginald was living with his parents, his elder brother and two younger sisters.

Reginald served with the 13th Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment and was Killed in Action on 22/03/1918.

Reginald is commemorated on the Christ Church Downend Memorial and the Staple Hill (Page Park) Memorial.
