Robert was born in 1899 (4th Quarter) and Baptised in Northampton on 8/10/1899.
On the 1911 Census, Robert Harold is recorded as Harold and living with his parents and 6 siblings. His older brother William James is recorded as James and he was also killed in the war (1915). Their father Frederick was a shoe finisher by trade, probably the reason the family moved from Northampton sometime in the 1900's.
Robert served with the 2nd/7th Battalion, Warwickshire Regiment and died on 1/11/1918 (missing presumed killed in action).
