William was born in 1890 (4th Quarter) in Fishponds, Bristol. He married Hester Minnie Guest in 1913 (3rd Quarter). William and Hester did not have any children. Hester married a Robert Johnson in 1919, and was still living in Nelson Road at the time of the 1939 Register.
William served with the 6th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment and died on 30/11/1917 (Missing presumed Killed in Action).
William Peacock is commemorated on the Christ Church Downend Memorial and the Staple Hill (Page Park) Memorial.
