We are working together with South Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), in partnership with neighbouring local authorities and NHS England, to commission community health services for children and young people.
A draft plan of the way children and young people’s community health services could look in the future has been developed. You have until 25 November to let us know what you think of this plan.
