  • Chipping Sodbury
  • Downend
  • Filton
  • Hanham
  • Kingswood
  • Patchway
  • Staple Hill
  • Thornbury
  • Yate.

Councillor John Bradbury, cabinet member responsible for communities and local place, said: “It was marvellous to see such great interest in the first round of these grants, where the council awarded £30,000 from the Creative High Streets Fund to bring more colour, creativity and culture to our area.

“We are now looking forward to supporting even more vibrant, inclusive community-led initiatives on our high streets.

“If you’re a voluntary, community or social enterprise organisation, or a town or parish council, we encourage you to apply for the grant to help make our high streets creative places for people to visit, enjoy and celebrate.”
