This is Jayne, she’s normally a receptionist for Southern Brooks, one of the council’s key partners, providing important support services in the community. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic she’s been answering the phone seven days for Southern Brooks to make sure phone calls from vulnerable residents are put through to the right people.

She’s also been involved in supporting their community work, from getting food parcels out to those who need them to creating art packs for young people.

For more information about Southern Brooks visit https://southernbrooks.org.uk/, telephone 0333 577 4666 (11am to 7pm Mon-Fri & 12 noon to 6pm Sat-Sun) or email communitysupport@southernbrooks.org.uk

Thanks to all of our partner organisations, you are all #HiddenHeroes
